LSKD x STC HIIT CLASSES - Ponsonby Store Opening
In late August 2025, Spark That Chat teamed up with the activewear label of the moment, LSKD, to host two unforgettable back-to-back activations to celebrate their Ponsonby store opening, and they left us buzzing! One class for the women, one for the men, both packed with movement, conversation, and connection.
Fueling the Fire
The vibe was electric from the get-go. These weren’t your average workout classes, they were intentionally created spaces where physical movement met mental fitness, just like the monthyl HIIT classes we host with Nfinite. Both sessions blended strength, sweat, kōrero, and (optional!) ice baths into one powerful experience, hosted by our passionate STC team and trainers.
Each class was more than just a chance to get moving on a Saturday morning; it was a chance to check in with ourselves and each other. To pause. To reflect. And to reconnect with the simple stuff that keeps us well: movement, connection, and support.
A Community That Shows Up
With both classes booked out (plus a line of extras at the door wanting to join!) we were stoked to see the energy in the room and even more blown away by the support that showed up alongside us. There’s something pretty incredible about what happens when you tune into the basics. Moving your body. Checking in. Having the chats that matter. These sessions were a reminder that mental health wellbeing doesn’t have to be complicated or scary - it just has to be a part of our daily lives.
We’re grateful to every single person who joined us on the day and brought the energy, honesty and vulnerability. The conversations we had, the stories shared, and the laughs in between - they’re the entire point of our mission and we received multiple messages saying how much some of those people needed to have that chat.
