The Heavy Breathers Raise Over $100k!

The Heavy Breathers - a bunch of legends from Otago Uni, Dunedin - took on the Dunedin Marathon and raised a mind-blowing $107,437 for Spark That Chat.

Over 30 mates started from ground zero, laced up their sneakers, trained hard, and ran the full thing. All to get people talking about mental health, and to back the kaupapa of helping more young Kiwis start real, honest chats.

They didn’t just run a marathon though, they rallied an entire community. Over a thousand donors got behind them, and the impact? Massive. That money is going straight into helping us get in front of more communities, more schools, more youth, and more places where these safe spaces really matter.
